This website provides general information about Atlas Technology Systems (“Atlas”) and its services. Website descriptions and posted prices do not by themselves create a service agreement.

Quotes and Projects

Final project scope, price, timing, deliverables, payment requirements, and other material terms may be established in a quote, proposal, invoice, or separate service agreement. If a project-specific written agreement conflicts with general website information, the project-specific agreement controls.

Pricing

Posted prices may apply to standard scopes and may be described as “starting at” where project complexity varies. Atlas will provide a quote before performing work outside a clearly posted fixed-price service.

Third-party licenses, subscriptions, hardware, domains, software, taxes, and similar expenses are not included unless stated.

No Guaranteed Business Results

Atlas may provide websites, technology configuration, security recommendations, search-engine optimization fundamentals, and related services, but does not guarantee search-engine rankings, leads, revenue, uninterrupted third-party services, complete security, or regulatory compliance unless a specific written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Third-Party Services

Atlas services may involve third-party platforms such as hosting companies, domain registrars, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, point-of-sale systems, cloud providers, payment providers, or other software. Those services may be subject to their own terms, pricing, availability, and policies.

Website Content

Atlas owns or licenses the Atlas website's original branding, design, text, and other content except for third-party materials, customer-provided materials, and materials identified otherwise.

Atlas is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party websites linked from this site.

Changes

Atlas may update website content, service descriptions, posted pricing, and these Terms of Use. Existing signed or accepted project agreements are not retroactively changed by general website updates.
