Are the Google or Microsoft licenses included?
No. Licenses are billed by Google or Microsoft, either paid to them directly or passed through at cost. Our price covers our work only. The account is always in your business's name, and your quote shows both costs so there are no surprises.
Do I need to buy a domain first?
No. If you already have one, like the one on your website, we'll use it. If not, we'll help you pick a good one and register it in your name. Domains are billed at cost.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC, in plain words?
Three settings on your domain that prove your email is really from you. SPF is the guest list of services allowed to send for you. DKIM is a tamper seal on every message. DMARC tells inboxes what to do with fakes. Together they keep your real email out of spam and make it much harder for scammers to pretend to be you.
Will I lose email during the switch?
We plan the move so mail keeps flowing. Old messages and contacts are copied over first, then we switch delivery at a quiet time you choose. Nothing old gets closed until you've confirmed everything came over.
Can I keep my old Gmail or Yahoo address?
Yes. It's still yours for personal use. Where your old provider allows it, we set up forwarding to your new address so nobody's messages get missed while you update your cards, website and Google profile.
How many people does the $249 setup cover?
